Refund policy
All parts sold by M&M Auto Salvage carry a 60-day warranty from the date you receive your item. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim — no exceptions. Extended warranty options are available; ask a salesperson for details.
Returns are accepted for defective parts only.
Because every part is a used salvage component pulled for a specific application, we do not accept returns for mis-ordered parts, buyer's remorse, or parts that don't fit due to a fitment error on the buyer's end. To be eligible, the part must be in the same condition you received it, with any markings or tags we applied at the time of sale still intact.
Verify fitment before you buy.
Any compatibility or "also fits" information shown on a listing is generated automatically and is not provided by us. If you have any question about whether a part fits your vehicle, contact us with the VIN of the vehicle the part is going into before purchasing, and we'll confirm it for you.
How to start a return or warranty claim
Contact us first at info@mmsalvage.com or 906-786-6072. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted. If your claim is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the address to ship to.
Damages and wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if a part is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your returned part, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@mmsalvage.com.
