Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped from our yard in Escanaba, Michigan. We ship nationwide.

Processing time
Most items ship within 24 hours of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the following business day.

Carriers
We ship by UPS and by regional freight/LTL carriers, depending on the size and weight of the part.

Freight shipments
Items shipped by freight must be delivered to a business with a loading dock or forklift access. If a freight item is shipped to a location without dock or forklift access, liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply.

Free shipping
Any free shipping we offer applies to the continental United States only. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, or a U.S. territory, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering and we'll do our best to keep the cost as low as possible.

Local delivery & pickup
Local delivery and local pickup options are also available. Contact us to arrange either.

Delivery estimates
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an item is handed to the carrier, transit time and delivery are the carrier's responsibility. We are not liable for carrier delays or events outside our control.
