We ship nationwide by UPS and regional freight/LTL carriers, depending on the size and weight of the part.
Freight items must ship to a business with a loading dock or forklift access — otherwise liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply.
Most orders ship within 24 hours of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.
Local pickup and local delivery are available at our yard in Escanaba, Michigan — contact us to arrange either.
Every part carries a 60-day warranty. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. Extended warranty options are available — ask us for details.
Returns are accepted for defective parts only. Because every part is a used salvage component, we can't accept returns on mis-ordered parts, so please confirm fitment before you buy.
